Popis: | Detection of electromagnetic radiation in wide frequency and dynamic range is studied theoretically and experimentally using planar asymmetrically necked semiconductor diodes. The diodes based on the semiconductor substrate revealed the ability to detect linearly microwave radiation from 10 mW to 10 kW. The micron-sized semiconductor diodes made on an elastic polyimide film were successfully used for the detection of both microwave and infrared radiation. |
