Popis:	Here, we announce the draft genome sequence of a Candida parapsilosis clinical isolate (USM039K) recovered from a patient with catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI). The genome size is 12,860,016 bp long, with 188 scaffolds, a G+C content of 38.65%, and 5,467 genes.
