| Popis: | Groups of Fischer 344 rats received hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX) in the diet for up to 13 weeks at doses of 0, 1, 10, 30, 100, 300 or 600 mg/kg/day. Toxicological responses included slight reductions of food intake and body weight gain, hyperreactivity to approach, decreased serum triglyceride levels, marginal leukocytosis and mortality. |
