Popis: An 85-year-old man was admitted to our institution with an inferior acute myocardial infarction treated with primary angioplasty with drug-eluting stent implantation in the mid right coronary artery ([Figure 1A][1]). In the following 48 hours, the patient presented signs of acute heart failure.
