| Popis: | About 10% of all intracranial tumors are localized in the cerebellopontine angle and in the internal auditory canal. Less than 2% of these are lipomas. Furthermore, it can be expected that lipomas in this position with a bilateral localization are exceedingly rare. We describe a 70-year-old-woman with lipomas in both internal auditory canals presented in the literature for the first time and include a detailed literature research. |
