Popis: | Routing performance is evaluated for a network of low data rate location/tracking UWB sensors that implement the energy-aware greedy perimeter stateless routing (e-GPSR). Sensors have both location/tracking and communication capabilities, that allow the use of a geographic reactive multi-hop routing protocol, like the e-GPSR. In order to efficiently manage the tasks of ranging and data transfer, a particular MAC scheme is adopted. Different degrees of connectivity and different densities of anchors and mobile nodes are considered in the analysis. A performance improvement is given by an increase of the number of anchors, especially in situations of scarce connectivity. |
