| Popis: | We report a case of severe urinary extravasation after renal contusion and its successful management by endoscopic creation of a neoinfundibulum. When the stenotic infundibulum cannot be traversed with a guide wire, creation of a new infundibulum will offer a secure alternative for accessing the collecting system. |
