Popis:	A case is described in which a non-invasive couching technique was used to relieve bullous keratopathy caused by a dislocated Morgagnian cataract. This technique involved applying digital pressure to the inferior cornea to push the dislocated nucleus through the pupil and into the posterior segment. This technique may be useful in cases where relief or prevention of eye pain is the primary goal.
