Popis: | The relative concentrations of IgA, IgG, IgM, and B1C were determined for the human cornea and related ocular structures. IgG and IgA were demonstrated in both the central and peripheral cornea; IgG concentration was approximately six to seven times greater than that of IgA. IgM and B1C were not measurably present. Ocular diffusion patterns of these molecules were also evaluated. |
