Popis:	A simple, rapid radioimmunoassay for progesterone in unextracted serum is described. Cortisol is used to inhibit progesterone binding to corticosteroid binding globulin. The method has been optimised for the determination of progesterone in pregnancy sera or in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle.
