Popis: Súhrn Osteoartritída je degeneratívne ochorenie pohybového aparátu trápiace milióny ľudí po celom svete. Preto je výskum v oblasti správnej diagnostiky a efektívnej liečby osteoartritídy veľkou celospoločenskou objednávkou. Exozómy ako extracelulárne produkty buniek s obsahom nukleových kyselín, proteínov a lipidov spĺňajú, okrem iného, aj úlohu medzibunkovej komunikácie a ovplyvňujú biologickú aktivitu buniek. Táto práca sa venuje popisu patogenézy osteoartritídy a biogenézy, zloženia a funkcie exozómov asociovaných s týmto degeneratívnym ochorením. Skúmanie funkcie exozómov pri osteoartritíde pomôže objasniť patogenézu a preskúmať nové potenciálne biomarkery tohto ochorenia. Abstract Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease of the musculoskeletal system affecting millions of people around the world. Therefore, research focusing on the correct diagnosis and effective treatment of osteoarthritis represents a major society-wide order. Exosomes as extracellular products of cells containing nucleic acids, proteins and lipids fulfill the role of intercellular communication and affect the biological activity of cells. This article describes the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and the biogenesis, composition and function of exosomes associated with this degenerative disease. Investigation of exosomes function in osteoarthritis will help to elucidate the pathogenesis and investigate other new potential biomarkers of this disease.
