Popis:	OZET Asiri kron harabiyetine ugrayan kanal tedavili dislerin restorasyonunda, post-kor sistemlerine alternatif olarak endokron restorasyonlari gelistirilmistir. Endokronlar, kor yapisi ve kron restorasyonunu bunyesinde birlestiren monoblok restorasyonlardir. Endokron restorasyonlari ile kok kanali ve kron dokulari korunurken, pulpa odasindan saglanan destek ile mikromekanik adezyon olumlu etkilenir. Bilgisayar destekli tasarim/bilgisayar destekli uretim (CAD/CAM) sistemi ile daha iyi kenar uyumuna sahip hassas restorasyonlarin ekonomik ve hizli bir sekilde uretimi saglanmaktadir. Bu calismada, asiri madde kaybi olan kanal tedavili dislerin CAD/CAM sistemi ile hazirlanan tam seramik endokron restorasyonlari ile rehabilitasyonu 3 olguda ele alinmistir. Kisa donemde gerceklestirilen kontrollerde hastalarin fonksiyonel, estetik veya psikolojik acidan tedaviden memnun oldugu gozlenmistir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Endokron restorasyonlari, CAD/CAM, tam seramik ENDOCROWN RESTORATIONS FOR ROOT CANAL TREATED TEETH HAVING SEVERE CROWN DAMAGES BY CAD/CAM: CASE SERIES ABSTRACT Endocrown restorations were developed as an alternative to post-core systems in the restoration of teeth with severe crown damages. Endocrowns are mono-block restorations which combine core structure with crown restoration. Pulp canals and crown tissues are protected by endocrown restorations, while micromechanical adhesion is beneficially affected due to the support provided from the pulp chamber. Precise restorations with enhanced marginal adaptation are produced economically and in reduced time, by computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system. In this study, the rehabilitation of root canal treated teeth with severe crown damages by full ceramic endocrowns prepared with the CAD/CAM system are examined in three cases. According to short-term results, it was observed that the patients were satisfied with the functional, aesthetic or psychological aspects of the treatment.
