Popis: Polymer protected: The mechanical and electrical stability of a junction incorporating self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of organic molecules is improved by coating the SAMs with a thin layer of undoped semiconducting polymer (see picture). Electrical measurements indicate that the junction reflects the electronic structure of the molecules.
