| Popis: | The case histories of 3 patients who developed hepatitis with jaundice while taking iproniazid have been described. It is suggested that it might be wiser for the present not to use the drug in any patient with liver disease or impaired hepatic function. It is also recommended that the dose of the drug be reduced as rapidly as possible to the lowest level consistent with adequate clinical maintenance and that it be used for the shortest time possible. |
