| Popis: | Summary A case is presented of generalised siderosis resulting from a foreign body lodged in the iris. The diagnosis was made 10 years after the initial injury, when the patient presented with another, quite unrelated, eye injury. The metal particle was removed after tests revealed that ocular function was impaired with raised intra ocular pressure, severe field loss and an abnormal electroretinogram (E.R.G.) |
