Popis: | Dishevelled-1(DVL-1) has been reported associated with the regulation of cell polarity and neuronal function. However, the effect of DVL-1 in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats remains poorly understood. In this study, we give evidence that the level of DVL-1 is increased after a middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion model (MCAO) in rats, with a peak at 12 h. On the side, knockdown of DVL-1 may relieve I/R damage and restrain apoptosis after MCAO model in rats. In the part of mechanism, DVL-1 could regulate apoptosis through NF-κB. These results suggest that DVL-1 may be a potential target in I/R injury in rats. |
