Popis: | Splenorenal arterial bypass is a well established technique for the treatment of left renal artery occlusive disease. The following is a case report of the use of splenorenal bypass in the management of concomitant traumatic left renal artery intimal dissection and splenic laceration. Arteriographic and intraoperative findings are presented as well as a review of pertinent literature. |
