Popis: | A hypothetical, conceptual model of mechanisms involved in the release of norepinephrine in the adrenergic synapse is presented. An illustrative, mathematical equivalent of the model was constructed to enable computer simulation of the considered processes in varying cytophysiological conditions. The mathematical model has the form of a set of equations that make it possible to compute the state of the system at the moment t + Δt on the basis of the state at the moment t. |
