Main stems of primary inflorescence from Arabidopsis thaliana plants acquired with the romi Plant-Imager v.1 (db_eval_1)

Popis: This dataset contains the acquisitions for 12 specimens of the main stems of the primary inflorescence of Arabidopsis thaliana plants acquired with the romi Plant-Imager v.1. Each plant dataset is stored in a specific folder that contains 72 RGB images (.jpg format) taken from a circular path around the plant, as well as different metadata about the plant and the acquisition. The Plant-Imager v.1 was equipped with a camera sony alpha 5100. Each plant dataset contain manual measures of the phyllotaxis (divergence angles and internode length between successive fruits, ordered from the base to the top), which can be used as a ground truth for automatic measurements from 3D reconstruction and analysis of the data.
