Popis: | Calcium phosphate controlled release glass has been developed as a biocompatible vehicle for the sustained delivery of antibacterial silver ions. The solution rate in the presence of physiological fluids can be made constant over the design life of the product and one application in urinary tract infection control is outlined. |
