Popis: | Numerous agricultural applications are gaining substantial interest from blockchain technology. These applications could meet a variety of demands in the agricultural product ecosystem, including improving provenance traceability, contract exchange efficiency, and transparency of food safety and IoT-based food quality management. as well as a number of unreliable parties, such as modest farmers, food processors, logistical firms, distributors, and retailers. It becomes crucial to establish the best trade-off between agricultural management systems' integrity and efficiency as necessary in various settings. We offer a survey to investigate the methods and uses of blockchain technology in the agricultural industry. To illustrate how to apply blockchain techniques, the existing agricultural blockchain applications are first grouped and examined. To demonstrate how experts use the well-known platforms and smart contracts to create various agricultural applications, examples are shown. Second, we list the main difficulties that many potential agricultural systems will face and talk about initiatives and potential fixes. Additionally, we execute an enhanced food supply chain in the post-COVID-19 pandemic economy as an example to show how blockchain technology may be used effectively. {"references":["1. A. Raj, I.
