OPTICAL,THERMAL AND STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF TELLURITE GLASSES OXIDES CONTAINING CAO AND ZNO

Popis: Many parameters of ternary tellurite oxide glasses (ZnO-CaO-TeO2) have been measured and analysed. Dsc, Optical absorption edges and density measurements examined and the results of our study have been explained. The experimental data of DSC show that (Tg) varied between (173-342)oC and thermal stability (47-203)oC where the optical band energy (Eopt) decreases with increasing ZnO content in the glass samples.The density of such glass samples also decreases with increasing of ZnO concentration.
