Popis: The cheddar cheese industry is continually confronted with the problem of manufacturing cheese from milk in which tile acid development is slow or non-existent. In recent years, many antibiotics have been used as a treatment for mastitis. Penicillin, streptomycin, and aureomycin are some of the more prominent antibiotics used for this purpose.
