| Popis: | Hepatotoxicity of cyamamezine, a phenothiazine structurally related to chlorpromazine, has been rarely documented. We report here a case of acute symptomatic hepatitis following a unique massive intake of cyamamezine in a suicide attempt and discuss the mechanisms of such injury. |
