Popis: | The striatal dopamine metabolism of the rat was followed 1, 3, and 6 weeks after unilateral intranigral iron (III) (50- and 1.5 micrograms) application. For both concentrations a progredient decrease of extraneuronal 3.4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPA) levels was observed in the ipsilateral striatum. |
