Popis:	Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is a well-established alternative to open surgery. The presented case underwent endovascular therapy of an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) with the anatomical prerequisite of a horseshoe kidney. We describe the technique used, including the embolization of aortic side branches, to avoid endoleaks, and the management of thrombotic complications during follow-up.
