Popis:	Basic features of a fully computer-controlled backscattering incident circular polarization Raman optical activity (ICP ROA) instrument dedicated to chiroptic studies of simple biological molecules in aqueous solution are described. To demonstrate good performance characteristics of the instrument, ROA spectra of several dipeptides are presented.
