Popis: | Using irradiation inactivation analysis of specific [3H]phenytoin binding to rat brain we have demonstrated that there are two different binding sites involved, with molecular weights of 73 238 ± 1535 (higher affinity site) and 108 121 ± 6935 (lower affinity site). |
