Popis:	Kaposiform haemangioendothelioma is a rare, but potentially fatal vascular tumour of childhood. We present a case that highlights the diagnostic and management challenges of this condition, particularly when associated with Kasabach–Merritt phenomenon, and supports the use of sirolimus in its treatment.
