Popis:	A case of nonfunctioning paraganglioma of the posterior mediastinum in a 20-year-old white man is presented. The diagnosis of aorticosympathetic paraganglioma (Glenner-Grimley classification) was established by histologic examination after surgical removal of the tumor.
