Popis: The focus of this activity is to provide training to the community of Cisalak Village, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province, on how to process waste from nutmeg fruit peels into functional beverages that have economic value. Nutmeg fruit peel waste is often neglected and becomes a source of environmental pollution, while its economic potential has not been fully utilized. In this training, techniques for processing nutmeg fruit peel waste into high-quality and healthy functional beverages are taught. The method used in this Community Service (PKM) is direct training to the community of Cisalak Village. The training material is presented in a structured and practical manner, including selecting good raw materials, proper processing techniques, improving sanitation in the production process, and packaging techniques. Based on the results of the training activity on processing nutmeg fruit peel waste into functional beverages in Cisalak Village, it is shown that the community of Cisalak Village is capable of processing nutmeg fruit peel waste into high-quality and healthy functional beverages with significant economic value. This activity is expected to provide benefits to the community in developing waste processing skills, increasing economic income, and improving environmental management. It is hoped that the results of this activity can serve as a reference for relevant parties in the sustainable development of processed nutmeg fruit waste products. Based on the analysis and evaluation using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product), the achievement of the activity implementation scored 83.2%, which falls into the "very good" category. The satisfaction level is 88.5%, and there has been an improvement in knowledge and skills from 44.5 to 87.5 (on a scale of 100).
