Popis: | A 3-month-old girl child presented with a history of respiratory distress, rapid breathing and mild cyanosis since birth. Auscultation revealed systolic murmur (3/6) in the right parasternal and upper left parasternal area. ECG showed right axis deviation. Chest radiograph revealed mild cardiomegaly. Echocardiography was suggestive of double outlet right ventricle, ventricular septal defect (VSD) and pulmonary atresia.
