The article identifies the essence of professional training of civil servants, public audit and performance audit, examines the purpose and objectives of the performance audit process of training management staff capable of professional activity in public authorities. Ways to improve the planning stages of this audit, as well as its benefits, which proves the importance of application and improvement of performance audit in the modern Ukrainian system of training, retraining and retraining of employees in public authorities are considered. |
