Popis: | This study focused on 124 octogenarians and 13 nonagenarians to extend data on lipid and lipoprotein distributions into the eighth and ninth decades of life and to assess relationships between lipids, lipoproteins, and longevity. The mean (±SD) ages of the 114 women and 23 men were 85 ± 4 and 84 ± 4 yr, respectively.
