The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of developing stress resistance of future social workers as a necessary component of their professional activity. We found out that stress resistance is an integral, systemic characteristic of a person, which is the basis of his ability to be a self-regulated subject of his own activity, to respond flexibly to changing living conditions and contributes to the maintenance of psychological comfort and well-being. The development of stress resistance of future social workers in modern conditions is influenced by many factors, but it is life experience, a high level of self-regulation, developed emotional intelligence that helps them achieve emotional stability and psychological readiness for stress. All this requires the concern of future specialists in the social sphere about their own subjective well-being and the development of professional skills |
