Popis: Quality is a complex issue to be maintained due to its dynamic nature. Higher Education Institutions want QAA for showing respect to the mandate of Law, Statute and regulatory standards, International Recognition, Continuous quality improvement and organizational growth for producing human capital. The basics of Quality Assurance and Accreditation is assessed the emerging strategies with their direct implications in the Quality Assurance and Accreditation in case of Madan Bhandari Merorial College for suggesting new age and knowledge economy leading Quality of higher Education . Review and acknowledge regulatory norms of Nepal and India and take inference directly or indirectly and informal consultation and observation were methods to provide pragmatic solution to quality education is major focus. The future academic model is suggested where students and society are gathered in learning management system. Pareto 80/20 rules are found in practice as 80% works get completed with interpersonal relationship of leaders of institution and 20% get done through emails and letter and formalities as administrative efforts. QAA in this type of college is mater of great difficulty as the college believes in green minds and tries to avoid paper works and function on the basis on interpersonal skill. Since colleges are emerging and QAA is playing a leading role in competitive market, it should improve the culture of documentation and qualify for QAA
