Popis: | This study aims to reveal the effect of human resource management practices and organizational learning on perceived performance, an also mediational effect of organizational learning on the relationship between human resource management practices and perceived performance. The data was gathered from 18 different enterprises, 220 employees that are working in information technology and communication sector. The data was analyzed by using hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that there is an effect of both human resource management practices and organizational learning on the perceived performance. Besides, organizational learning has a mediational effect on the relationship between human resource management practices and perceived performance. |
