Popis: | RT-PCR methods have been applied to the detection and sequencing of the glycoprotein gene of putative spring viraemia of carp viruses (SVCV) and pike fry rhabdoviruses (PFRV), includ- ing isolates from tench, grass carp, roach, bream and false harlequin, sheatfish and orfe.
