Popis: | Patients with endogenous uveitis were investigated for cellular hypersensitivity to antigenic components of bovine uveal, retinal and kidney extracts by means of the leucocyte migration technique. In most patients no antigen-induced inhibition of in vitro migration of blood leucocytes could be demonstrated. A few uveitis patients, however, showed a positive reaction with retinal antigen. The possible significance of these results is discussed. |
