Popis: | The magnetic susceptibility and peculiarities of the optical conductivity spectrum for Ni 78 Si x B 22− x and Ni 80 Si 10 B 10 amorphous ribbons have been studied to find the thermostability factors among the dynamic and kinetic characteristics of electrons in the near-Fermi-level range. The obtained experimental data have shown that for the alloys with high thermostability the density of electronic states at the Fermi level tends to decrease while the scattering cross section of free charge carriers increases. |
