Popis:	This paper examines the results of a Canadian-wide study which surveyed senior executives of technology-related firms on a number of TQM issues. Firms were classified by size according to their employee count. The findings that surfaced are not always clear and the variations across firm size suggest that a company's knowledge and implementation of TQM may have more to do with basic commitment than with company proclamations or firm size.
