Popis: | We fabricated an Nb 2 O 5 tunable waveguide resonator with ferroelectric liquid crystal. The design and characteristics of the fabricated devices are reported herein. Bistable tuning operation with a 2.2-nm shift in wavelength characteristics was obtained. |
