Popis: | This paper proposes a set of roles that organizations could play to support the evolution of the electricity distribution business. Role theory is used to describe responsibilities and collaboration patterns for the proposed role set. The study also covers a framework outlining the adoption of roles by third parties and the timeframe for their adoption. Our research shows that the role set responds to the challenges faced by stakeholders in electricity distribution systems. Results from the assessment suggest that most of these roles are expected to emerge by 2020. |
