Popis:	A commentary on obtaining carbon nanotubes (CNT) by microwave irradiation is discussed. The CNTs can be prepared in these conditions using ferrocene or graphite. Soluble CNTs can also be achieved using this technique which is very useful and productive while at the same time ecological without a direct contact between energy source and precursor/product.
