Popis:	This paper describes a method for dynamically generating and modifying a mission plan, sometimes referred to as a Course of Action (COA), in real-time, during mission execution. This process is called the Method for Self-Healing Course of Action (COA) Revision (SCOAR). A key contribution of SCOAR is that of revising a COA without having to generate the COA from scratch.
