Annual variation in and heliolatitude dependence of cosmic ray density

Popis:	Annual and semiannual waves in cosmic ray (CR) density variations are obtained for the relatively quiet years of the latest six solar cycles. Their relationship to one another and that of the CR density variations to the heliolatitude of the Earth are investigated. The heliolatitude dependences are found to vary greatly from year to year. In the periods when the heliolatitude dependence is determined most reliably, it agrees with the drift model of CR modulation.
