Popis: Child mental health is also an important issue that attracts the attention of the scientific world and is the subject of scientific publications. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the status of scientific publications on child mental health between 2000-2022 and Turkey's contribution to these publications by using the bibliometric analysis method. Materials and Methods: In the study, the Scopus database was analysed using bibliometric data analysis technique. As a keyword, the word “child mental health” in English was used in the title section. All studies published up to the study day were included, without time constraints. The study is limited to articles only. In addition, articles published in a place other than the journal were excluded from the study. In the study, 7960 studies were reached with keywords at the beginning. 6914 of them were carried out in the 2000s. In the study, analyses were made on these 5015 research articles. The languages of the related articles are English (n=4782), German (n=64) and Spanish (n=49), respectively, in terms of frequency. There were 52 articles contributed from Turkey and it was in the nineteenth place. According to the productivity criteria, when compared to the 2000s, publications on child mental health have increased approximately five times in the 2020s. However, considering the contribution of our country in these publications, there is a need to increase the number of publications scanned in international and important indexes on the subject.
