In the new historical era, the ecologically fragile region in the west is facing with two major tasks of rapid development and green development. Through a model of comprehensive benefit, we analyze the benefit differences among several industrial organization patterns, and point out that the pattern of circular industrial cluster brings out the most comprehensive benefit and the best organization advantages. It is therefore the optimal industry organization pattern in the ecologically fragile region in the west of China. |
