Popis: | Liposarcoma is the second most common type of soft-tissue sarcoma, accounting for 10%–35% of these lesions. Dedifferentiated liposarcoma represents a biphasic neoplasm, with one component being a well differentiated liposarcoma and the other a nonadipose cellular sarcoma. The risk of dedifferentiation depends substantially on location, and it occurs much more frequently in the retroperitoneum and less frequently in the extremities.[1] Here we present a rare case of Dedifferentiated liposarcoma of left thigh with osteosarcomatous elements. |
