Popis: | New azaadamantane derivatives containing 8-hydroxyquinoline fragments were synthesized. Their antibacterial activity was studied. The synthesized compounds exhibited high antibacterial activity in vitro. The 6-oxo-5,7-diethyl- and 5,7-dimethyl-2-(8'-hydroxyquinolyl-5')-1,3-diazaadamantane dihydrochlorides showed therapeutic effects in mice with dysentery and staphylococcal infections. |
